Car Show and Lunch at Champions Run

The Great Plains Region cordially invites you and a guest for a Car Show and Luncheon at Champions Run on September 20, 2020. It has been too long since we have been able to get together and we wanted to make this one special – the event is free for paid Great Plains Region members. This an adult only event, please. We have reserved The Pavilion Room (the large dome structure) from noon to 3pm. The car show will be outside the south doors of the Pavilion Room. We will have access to both areas through those doors. When you complete your RSVP, each person will select an entree and a dessert. Soda, tea, and coffee are included. There will be a cash bar for those that want a cocktail. We want everyone to have a great time and we believe we can do that. We just need to be flexible and adjust the way we socialize during these challenging times.

To limit exposure to each other we ask for your patience and cooperation. Please limit groups to 8 or less people at a time. This is the reason we have reserved The Pavilion Room. It’s a very large room and will allow us to spread out the tables, keep the seating limited to 6-8 people per table, and allow spaces for people to have conversations without being shoulder to shoulder. Masks indoors will be optional unless the City of Omaha extends its mask mandate beyond September 15. If you do not feel well or have a temperature of 99 or more, “Please Stay Home.”

All participants are required to sign the PCA “Communicable Disease Exposure” waiver. PCA has mandated that this waiver be received from all participants in a PCA/Great Plains Region event. Bring the forms to the registration table at the event.
