To all of our racers, club members and friends,
GPR is sad to announce the cancellation of our Club Race and DE event on May 29, 30 and 31 at Motorsport Park Hastings. We have been in close communication with the Governor’s office over the last few days seeking clarification as to whether the event could go forward. Due to the number of Covid 19 cases in the Central Nebraska area, where Hastings is located, the Governor’s office informed us that they would not be able to make any exceptions for our event, and the earliest they are looking to make any changes in that part of the state is sometime in June. We can take no other action than to cancel. We have been putting this event on for more than 25 years and believe it is one of the premier events in the Midwest. We want to thank all of the drivers who have participated over the years and those who had committed to us this year. We will be back for 2021 for another great event.
